Harley Quinn - A re-design of Harley for a Character clallenge on Concept Art. The idea was to remove much of the 'pantomime' costume (which I love) and make her more fitting with the 'Nolan' universe of The Dark Knight. I don't really think this as finished, still some tweaks I want to do, but it's nearly there!
